"I must admit I was a little apprehensive about this game based coaching as it's not how I was taught. However 4 weeks back in to coaching with the Women and it's pretty much all I do now. I realised girls standing around in the cold on a rainy night is not enjoyable for anyone including me. I challenged myself to teach the same principles whilst keeping the girls smiling and engaged. So far so good. Girls are ripping in at training and numbers have been great. I just thank you for opening my eyes to a new way." (Kris Falwasser, Community Rugby Coach)
